FAQ

Do I need GitHub?

No. GitHub is optional. Connect it only when you want workflows that use the Quangence GitHub App and repository access you choose during install. You can use the workspace and contracts without GitHub.

Where is my data processed?

Quangence runs as a hosted product. Processing and storage follow the practices described on . For contractual or security reviews, email so we can route your question correctly.

What data does GitHub see?

GitHub sees whatever you authorize through the GitHub App installation (account or org, repository scope). Quangence uses that access only within the product features you enable. From Settings, use Add more repositories to extend access on the same installation, or Disconnect to remove it from Quangence.

Can I use Quangence on mobile?

The product is built for desktop-class browsers. Mobile browsers may work for light use but are not the primary target; use a full browser window for the best experience.

What should I do if something fails?

  1. Note the page you were on and any error message or code shown.
  2. Try a refresh or sign out and back in if the issue looks session-related.
  3. Email with those details. Screenshots and the approximate time (with timezone) help us investigate.

How do I get help or report a bug?

Email . Include steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what happened instead. Link to a contract or workspace context only if you are comfortable sharing that with support.

Is there an API or self-hosted option?

This documentation describes the hosted product experience. For integration or deployment questions not covered here, email so we can point you to the right channel.
